Arthur Cutler is a dynamic and motivating speaker, facilitator and trainer. Mr. Cutler
specializes in working with nonprofit staff and board members. In his professional
capacity, Mr. Cutler has held the following positions: Director of Organizational
Design and Management at the National Association of Protection and Advocacy Systems (NAPAS). In this capacity Mr. Cutler
is responsible for providing all management and governance training and technical assistance to the NAPAS network of fifty-seven states and territories. Mr. Cutler’s has gained considerable experience in organizational management,
membership, and training. He received a B.A. in political science from Morehouse College and his law degree from Michigan State University. Mr. Cutler also received his Nonprofit Executive Management Certificate from Georgetown University.
After law school, Mr. Cutler was selected to the Presidential Management Fellows Program. Since that time, he
has held the positions of Coalition Membership Director at the National Crime Prevention Council and Deputy Director of Network
Growth with the Alliance for Nonprofit Management.
In an effort to further his work in the growth of the nonprofit sector, Mr. Cutler is co-founder of
DC Young Nonprofit Leaders (DCYNL), a network of young and emerging professionals
in the DC Metro area committed to strengthening the nonprofit sector.
